• Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice since 1988 (Sunrise Family Counseling)
• Montana Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor since 1988
• Serving Churches of Christ in western Montana as itinerant counselor since 1995
• County Superintendent of Schools for Deer Lodge County since 1997
